No problem! It was via my feed...the L0bster added one of your other games and I was clicking around profiles and such.

I enjoyed playing through this a lot--similar enough to Mario to hit that sweet spot, but still unique and challenging.

This is excellent! I've done a lot in Pocket Platformer, but I never thought you could make a Flappy Bird clone! Very creative use of the engine :)

Thanks for the comment! However, I've noticed you've made similar comments on a huge number of other games just now, all promoting the WowCube Jam. Are you involved with the development or hosting of the WowCube Jam? It looks interesting but I'm put off by the spamminess of the promotion of it.

A+ Excellent use of emojis. The opening cutscene had me laughing :D

That would be amazing!!!

I am very bad at this game and I didn't last long, but I like the way it's put together. Very silly!
BTW it lags only in Firefox for me because that browser seems to have an issue with the Godot Web2GL implementation, not just with your game but with many others. Playing it in Edge I had no issues.

I love the feel of this game--everything is random and strange, and I love it. I got to 90% satisfaction, I just have Sandwich Guy left, and I can't figure out that dang pyramid. Love the puzzles!

Awesome! I will look forward to it then, and try to piece together the bits along the way. I really enjoyed the Shaman, the Outsider, and the Diet of Worms as well, so I have no doubt that whatever this ends up becoming it will be good!

Very enticing game! I love the look of the device and the old PDA feel. I'm a little confused by the ending secret, though I feel I'm probably missing something there. I can't quite figure out what happened to John and Mike.

What a neat idea! I really enjoyed this as a creative exercise, and it was fun to write about each object based on the unusual prompts. I kind of wish there were more than 3, or that I could play again with randomly chosen objects and keep going. Love the zine that it creates at the end!

Thank you! I chose the sounds with that in mind. I wanted it to feel like one of those fidget toy things since you'd be pressing them a lot, so I'm glad it hit :)

This is such a beautiful piece of worldbuilding! It had me captivated during the entire day that I read it, and I have been thinking about it since. Not even the worms bit so much as the idiosyncrasies of the people described. I like the insults they hurl at their gods and the way they see their world. I feel like they are real and live somewhere on the other side of the ocean.

It's been a while since I've made a game with PP, but I am incredibly excited about the custom backgrounds! Thanks for all the work you put in on this awesome little tool :)

What a beautiful poem. Thank you for making this.

This is such a lovely game! I adore games that do simplicity in presentation well, and this is certainly one of them.

Adorable! I'm a big fan of virtual pets, and this is such a cute take on them :)

What a wonderful little game! I love the game loop and the artwork, though I keep messing up because I'm playing in the browser and am seeing some slowdown. I haven't had the opportunity to try it via Linux yet, but I've been having a lot of fun playing it here!

Also, I know this won't apply to everyone, but thanks for specifying Batou likes milkshakes. As someone who's struggled with drinking in the past I don't always feel comfortable with depictions of alcohol sometimes. But here I feel I can rest easy knowing he's just going to get a huge sugar rush, lol.

Thank you! And yeah I did not check for duplicates, lol. I thought about it, but decided it wasn't absolutely necessary.

Well I realized today I never came back and linked to this, my apologies. I've used this tool
FrugalOS
In the settings app you can change the background to one of several space images. I've also linked back here under the "Credits" file.

I got married but then had an accident and died. My poor hot alien husband :(

Nice game :)

I can hope! I enjoyed reading your comments on all the pages btw. It was like following another saga along with the story of the game.

Very fun game and I will check out the tutorial! Something about the continuous shooting make whole thing very satisfying :)

This is an excellent idea for a game! After a while it does get a bit samey, but I had fun upgrading my stats beyond what was reasonable.

This game is WONDERFUL! I ended up sitting with it for several hours totally unexpectedly because it drew me in. The concept (of exploring a dead MMO and reading left behind messages) has been done before, but this one actually manages to make it its own.

I like the interactive comments element, and even left a few myself, but I didn't realize how eerie it would become reading through them and not knowing which are from real people and which are in game. Are Mathbrush and Jadetuin real? I want them to be real.

Highly recommended. I did not expect to enjoy exploring a text game so very much.

Very nice game :) I wasn't able to beat it but will probably come back in the future. I like how the game explores the story and adds more complex things to explore while still utilizing the very simple gameplay of classic snake.

This is a really interesting idea, and I enjoyed seeing the execution of it. Reading the description, I initially misunderstood and thought I'd be on the other end of the call, but I enjoyed reading everyone else's story once I realized my mistake.

Excellent game! I'll say that for me personally, I got pretty used to the controls after a bit, once I got into my "flow." Pressing up/down to change pieces was confusing at times, but easy enough to fix since I type quickly. I've purchased the full game, and I'm looking forward to playing all of the levels!

Lovely drawings! I kind of want to color them :)

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed them. I haven't done much guerilla gardening myself, but I am a fan of it, and I've seen it done to great effect in many places that have food desserts. I will have to look into it and see if I could develop some ideas around it. Thank you for the suggestion!

Thanks for reading! I absolutely agree that markdown should also count as plaintext, since it's not at all obfuscated and can still be opened in any editor. I probably should have mentioned the similarities, but markdown can also be its own kind of rabbit hole, and I didn't want to get sucked into it for this short piece :)

Glad you were able to find some ideas you liked! I was hoping everyone would be able to find something that would be helpful.

Thank you so much for reading them!

Oh I highly agree on the modability point! I've been working on some simple JS apps in my spare time, and adding support for exporting everything to txt/csv format is easy-peasy and always gives folks a way to recover and save their data. I wonder why more people don't do it!

Thank you so much! Glad you liked them :)

Glad you liked it! And thanks for making the engine :) It's a great tool and one of my favorites.

Agreed!

This is a pretty difficult game, but I like the concept! I couldn't get past the first screen myself, lol.

Thank you! I'm glad the gardening one seems helpful-I would never describe myself as having a green thumb, so I think if I can do it, anyone can :)

Lovely game! I really enjoyed my time with this, and I had fun seeing what I could max out.
