Though the remake won't have a lot of difference in Ikki's, Toshio's and Yuta's stories, there will be a bit more lore on Ryu's and Kenji's, as well as a good revamped chunk for Haru's route so hopefully you'll still like them in the remake ~
As for a Steam version...unfortunately not, as I can't afford to pay 100$ for each free game I want to release. Thus, the remake will be only available on itchio for now✿

For Aya's name, I am not planning on having a changeable name for her, but I do plan to have some other games in the future which you will be able to change the name of the MC (I do already have 2 or 3 projects already with renable MCs, if ever you are curious about it) ~
And as for an android version, unfortunately it isn't my priority, but I'd like to make the remake and my future games playable on browser if possible, which might be an okay alternative to an android version ? I'll see what I can do about it

Good luck for any projects you might try on your own as well ! Ren'Py (the software I'm using for Fujiwara) is really beginner friendly and it is rather easy to make a decent project with all the tutorial and resources you will find, even if you have 0 to few programming skills✿✧

And don't worry, even though there was backlash I don't plan on deleting the OG, as it really is dear to my heart and a "relic" of the past. A bit like a souvenir you don't want to throw away as it holds a special place in you (my) heart. I don't consider it like a failure, but a precious memory which makes me reflect on what went wrong and how I can try to do better next time❤

Ikki's, Yuta's and Toshio's routes will only have a few changes, Kenji and Ryu's will have some more details to it and additional scenes while Haru's route will be the one with the most changes ~

We really hope to land the final release before 2025/early 2025, though...unfortunately it seems it might not be the case. I'll be able to make another update in Winter, after seeing how much progress was done by the writer. But for now I still can't tell much nor make any promises, I'm afraid.

You aren't dumb at all, for that the french version isn't in the demo anymore (but it will be in the final release !) and that it's my mistake for forgeting to remove the information...
As for Fujiwara Bittersweet, I haven't took care of the translation yet and still debating if I will ^^"

Also...I might actually have good news for you, but...yup ! I was already basically planning to include time skip after each Sweet routes credits ~
I'm also planning on doing a childhood arc where you follow each characters lives from young kid to approx middle school (Aya included !) to have more details on what made them the way they are as high schoolers and adults later.

As for knowing what happens to other characters when we're not playing there respective routes, I'm not sure I can include it properly and smoothly, but I'll try to think of a way to do that. Maybe as some kind of bonus once you finish a route ? But I'm not making any promises just in case I'm not able to include it x)

Hello, don't wory it's totally okay to ask and I understand your concern (I'd be too, if I was in your shoes). I was planning on making an update in a few days, after checking things with the writer.
She had it really rough these past few months and I didn't want to rush her while she was recovering, but I need to discuss things one last time with her before doing an update.

As for the project, it's still in developement, but...it has been slowed down more than we though due to several unexpected turns of event in some of the team members lives. I'll talk about what's next more in details in the next update, hopefully in a few days.

I can totally understand the fact that you prefer 1st person POV, but unfortunately I'm more more comfortable writing in 3rd person as it will be easier for me to includes other characters' thoughts (not just Aya's), which I think would help the readers to understand the characters' feelings better. I'm taking notes though, maybe for a future game✦

I'm glad you liked the demo despite not being very fond of the new way of presenting Haru, I'm taking notes✿
As for why I made it in the prologue is because people who were upset about Haru's not being trans nor biologically female said they felt like they were betrayed/baited, so...I decided to reveal it as soon as possible in the remake to avoid any more confusion and misunderstanding but as you might guess, it's just impossible for me to please everyone so I'm trying my best and doing a few compromises. The roof scene in the new game might be a bit out of place so I'll try to think of something else for the final, maybe a bit more tamed, but...I'm not sure I'll change it in the end...It's not a definitive 'no' though, I just don't want to make any promises if ever it doesn't happen x)
