Nice to see the new models and QOL stuff being added! Some comments since I last played:
- The art for the tutorial is really cute
- I liked being able to zoom up to the infantry and see their different weapons
- I can load the allied scout infantry into my transports lol
- Maybe I missed it but there isn't any way to tell what infantry is in a transport after commencing operation
- Infantry entering buildings is cool, will there be bigger towns/city areas in the future?
The gunplay+movement in this game feels hella satisfying, shotgun is my favorite weapon. The graphics/lighting, especially in the first level, are very nice.
- I appreciated that the street map is more open for exploration, but it seems particularly buggier, there was a gap in the wall next to a locked green door, and the alley walls on the side of that building seem to disappear depending on the angle I look at it, which lets me fall off the map

- The dog death sound effect feels misleading as there's a bark after it's dead
- dual wielding shotguns looks funny cause you get 4 arms
- Looking forward to the ship map being completed! plus the dragon snake enemy
I dig the aesthetic and artstyle! The gameplay loop of mission, research, and designing ships is pretty fun and satisfying, although it took me a little bit to figure it out. Reminds me a bit of aurora 4x.
Notes:
- I would like to queue research.
- Tutorial: space, to access the interplanetary system, there was no button, clicking on the system gate didn't do anything.
- When mousing over Galduen, there is an rectangle-like area which doesn't select the planet
- The aurora contract shows up as null when I finish planning it? pretty sure this causes the following bug after I do it:
- At some point I was unable to continue planning expeditions, as I could no longer select the lagrangian. This fixed itself by save/reloading
- I don't know what star shrines are for. Do they give passive research?
- Is there currently a penalty for being in debt? I have -15k money.
- It isn't clear that the loader needed one more research in order to have slots and use it.
Thank you for the feedback and bugs found!
The QOL suggestions are especially helpful. I'll also consider how to implement multiple unit movement.
WASD movement shouldn't affect the turret if it has an aim order.
Optimizing performance is going to be a large priority for me now, it's interesting there appears to be performance issues in the menus too.
I like the idea about buttons for abilities!
Infantry is planned and the infantry system/building movement is somewhat playable, but needs a lot of polish still so I left it out for demo day.
Interesting rts, reminds me of the wargame series. All the mechanics like panic and ammo types are really cool, looking forward to playing this again soon!
Some testing:
- I don't think that right click for re-embarking infantry is listed on the controls.
- minor bug , while I'm attacking with Q or with T, if I click outside of the map, this glitches out the aim
- maybe a balance thing but I can blob a lot of tanks by assigning them to follow one unit such as a recon and destroy anything with a super volley, without worrying about formations.
Fun and fast paced game, I liked doubling around and stabbing enemies from behind. Nice touches with things like glass cracking, sound of stepping over shells and firing underwater.
A couple things:
- Standing partially behind an obstacle, mechs will stand still and shoot but not hit you while you can shoot back
- There's a crack between two rocks near the end of the first level where I got stuck jumping between them, not sure if you can tell where it is from this pic
I really appreciate all the detailed feedback and playtesting! Looks like there's lots of bugs to fix and improvements to add. I'm glad you liked the visuals.
I've sort of gotten used to the vehicle handling but yeah it needs lots of improvement. The delivery mission stuff is more or less a placeholder, i wonder if there's anything people especially want to do in this sort of game.
