Awesome work with a very cool concept.
It's brilliant that getting hit by bullets doesn't touch your healthbar, and only expands the red territory. This means that getting hit still gives the player the opportunity to 'clutch' it out and kill a couple flies to reclaim the pad.
The game has an "abrupt chaos" feel to it, where things can be going well for a while but a few missed shots can snowball into a ton of flies and a rapidly growing red zone, and I really like that about this game. I only made it as far as the rotating level, but I thought that the added rotation was a great twist that added some extra depth to the difficulty.
