I know the time constraints of Ludum Dare are the reason this is so short but damn, I loved this and was sad to see it end so soon. I'm such a sucker for good combat tutorials, and I love how each level is a small slice of teaching you the core mechanics (run, dodge through an enemy, kill using the horde, etc).
From your twitter it looks like you're working on something bigger with similar mechanics, can't wait for that to come out. I love the side scrolling 1D combat style of this game. It feels very "Sekiro"-like to me (even though there's no parrying), because of how distilled / pure it is. Good luck with ludum dare ratings, nice job!
