Update v0.2

Addressed a few bugs and added new NPC content.

• NPCs no longer get stuck
• Jamu is no longer aggressive after tutorial
• Implemented missing dialogue
• Added "Are you sure?" to quit
• Fixed bug when deconstructing bulletin board
• Added "Story Time" NPC event (different from Camp Fire Talk)
• Reduced chance of Camp Fire Talk
• Increased gossip posting chance and duration
• NPCs now have a chance of posting negative gossip regardless of relationship
• Slightly increased hunger depletion
