v0.2 Released.

A few changes for v0.2:

• Updated loading screen to latest version.
• Extended play area and changed AA logic; as a result: AA guns can now shoot right.
• Added Save High scores prompt.
• Fixed settings save to include difficulty level.
• Added music fade at end of level to remove music glitch.
• Added screen roll out to black at end of level.
• Clamp A2A sight so it doesn't go off screen.

There might be other changes, but these are the ones I noted down.
